Following the entry into force of Law Decree nr 34 of March 24th, 2022, from April 1st, 2022, and until April 30th, 2022, to access the restaurant tram you have to show a valid COVID-19 green certification certifying one of the following conditions:

vaccination, at each dose of vaccine;
negative result on a molecular test within the past 72 hours or a rapid antigen test within the preceding 48 hours;
recovered from COVID-19 no more than six months ago.

ATTENTION! Before proceeding with the booking, please read the limitations related to the spaces on board the tram as they are an integral part of the conditions of sale which will be considered accepted once you Click here please.

The tram has architectural barriers; there are access steps and there isn’t a platform for the wheelchairs.

The spaces on board are limited. The seats and tables are fixed and it is not possible to move them in any way. Consequently, no changes to the seatig spaces can be made on board in case of difficulties or impossibilities in taking seats. For this reason, before proceeding with the booking, for a comfortable dinner/lunch we recommend to carefully take note of the following measures:

width of the access door: 58 cm
width of the toilet door: 54 cm
width of a one-seater seat: 50 cm
width of a two-seater seat: 90 cm
distance between backrest and table: 32 cm
two-seater table: width 58 cm and depth 70 cm
four-seater table: width 100 cm and depth 70 cm
height of the table from the ground: 70 cm
distance between the table top and the seat: 22 cm

For safety reasons, additional seats and strollers cannot be included.

In light of the above we inform our Clients that, once the aforementioned conditions have been accepted, no compensation is granted by ATM.

Data processed are ordinary personal data; it may also be necessary to process special data regarding eating habits, disorders and/or intolerances. Personal data are processed by personnel authorized by the data controller and may be communicated to companies that provide goods and/or services related to the processing. An example of these would be catering companies. The data are processed only for the purposes mentioned above and according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality established by the regulations in force. The personal data management may also take place through automated and computerized processes. All the rights of the data subject are guaranteed, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority in case a violation is thought to have been carried out. The personal data collected will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The data will be kept for 5 years and up to revocation of consent by the interested party, for participation in satisfaction questionnaires in order to improve the service and receipt of the email newsletter regarding the novelties of the service, initiatives and possible promotions. The conferment of data is mandatory to process the provision of catering service on dedicated vehicles.
